ESTOPPEL REQUESTS

At the time of closing on the sale of a property, an estoppel letter is required. These are issued by the SLCCE HOA Treasurer. Please contact Eve Burrell by email at [email protected], or by completing the form below*.

The HOA charges a $299.00 administration fee to provide this information.

Realtors: In order to fulfill the requirement of supplying HOA Documents to Prospective Buyers under contract, accommodation has been made to allow them to register on our website, choosing the designation of PROSPECTIVE BUYER. The webmaster will receive notice to approve the account and then your client will have full access to: The Association’s Bylaws; Articles of incorporation; Deed Restrictions; the most recent financial statements; and the Minutes from all HOA board meetings that occurred within the 12 months.

Please let the HOA know if the sale does not proceed so that the access can be terminated. Upon purchase of the property, they will be updated to HOMEOWNER and retain their access to the website.
